Carolyn Greer has been involved with Real Estate with her rental properties since 2006. While raising her children she has been both a landlord and an investor, primarily in the Beach and East End. Carolyn obtained her real estate license in 2013 as a way to use her experience to help others achieve their real estate goals. She quickly found that her years of hotel management with a major international chain, combined with her experience as a landlord is uniquely useful in servicing her clients. Carolyn is knowledgable and competent with construction renovation ideas to help find clients a new home and the vision to create their dream home.  She has strong interpersonal skills to navigate tenant turnover as well as navigate new proscective tenants. Her philosophy is that honesty is necessary if you want to do good business together. She knows all too well that to succeed in real estate you have to be driven, always work hard, listen to every need of each client and maintain a positive attitude. Carolyn is kind-heartedness and natural desire to help others received media attention when she was thanked on Facebook for stopping on Bowmore Avenue with her pick-up truck to help a family that was struggling to move their large armoire down the street. The Toronto Star picked up on it and published an article about her good deed. But, for Carolyn its the sort of thing she does all the time. She just likes helping people.  Carolyn enjoys working with clients at all stages of their Real Estate Journey.  She will be there from start to finish and end up a friend for life.
